Facilitation
As a Facilitator, I design and lead workshops and retreats that help teams think together, navigate complexity, and tap into their collective intelligence. I draw on a broad, field-tested repertoire of analytical frameworks, facilitation methods, and dialogue practices. Whether the challenge is strategic planning, adaptive leadership, effective communication, mental agility, conflict resolution, or something entirely different, I create a space for people to see differently, surface what matters, and align around a clear path forward.
